Adele the up and coming singer, who was nominated for 6 Grammys and ended up taking home all 6 awards by herself.
It was a clean sweep basically.
I'm really inspired by Adele. She's so humble and awesome. Even though she's plus-sized, she did not succumb to criticisms and she just aims to bring her voice to the world.
If you look at the Music Industry now, we see singers like Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, they are all trying to do crazy, dramatic, extravagant stuff to stand out.
But for Adele, she just brings to us the traditional music, she simply stands on the spot and brings her voice to the mass. Simple as that.
Just when we all thought that kind of performance no longer provides entertainment value and that it was considered to be traditional, Adele brought back the retro and proves that by translating a sincere voice to the mass works just as well.
Sometimes you really don't have to fluff yourself up, just present yourself at the very best, be natural and you will appeal to those who really likes you.
Perhaps, that is the way true friendships and relationships are formed.
