I have always been impressed with the stage crops for the Music Shows in Korea
I have always been chagrined with the stage presence and the stage crops in many countries.
They are just too weak for a huge event. Even for American Idol, the stage crops are rather pathetic and mundane. I do not see any glamourous crops which can actually do justice to the mega-stars.
They definitely deserve more than the typical stage crops employed for them.
However, after watching the music shows broadcasted from Korea, I have been very impressed since then. They host music shows every Thursday(M!net Countdown), Friday(Music Bank), Saturday(Music Core) & Sunday(Inkigayo).
The best part is that they change the stage layout every single week! Apart from that, each stage is customized for different singers and groups. Every single one is unique and of a class of its own.
Although the singers perform the same song every week, it seems to me that they are bringing a different feel & sensation to the song every single week! Perhaps, that is the reason why it has been able to attract so many viewers every week without fail!
Just look at the 2 different stage prepared for the singer Boa.
2 different stage for a singer! And its extremely well-layed out. As expected of the Korean Entertainment industry. The amount of effort put into this every single week with relentless consistency never fails to leave my jaws dropping.
Unbelievable! Enjoy the 2 performances below.

Conflicts and differences.
People in today's world share so much in common, they buy the same iPhone, they eat the same food, they drink the same beverage and even watch the same show.
Paradoxically, we all think differently, even the slightest difference in thoughts is counted. We have competing values, commitments, and motivations. All these are a result of the way we were brought up and of course the environment we lived in for the past few decades.
Society's competitive approach to resolving the conflict and differences tends to center on "winning as much as you can." Though much good has come from the skillful art of compromise, where both sides give on their positions until an acceptable middle point is reached, neither side ends up truly pleased.
What a waste to have differences drive people to the lowest common denominator between them! What a waste to fail to unleash the principle of creative cooperation in developing solutions to problems that are better than either party's original notion.

The above picture is actually from her debut in 2009. She looks innocent and stuff.
However, recently she was starred in this show called "We got Married" where she is married to Nickhun from 2PM.
Also, because of that, there has been a lot of hype surrounding Victoria lately.
More and more people are beginning to like Victoria and celebrities are starting to have a crush on her as well.
Even though most of them are younger than her. She's 23 this year by the way.
Well, personally I like Victoria too.
But I begin to wonder, why is she only garnering attention today when she debuted in 2009?
Well, then I start to see the reason.
It's because of her personality. It is so important to stand out from the rest by having a rocking personality.
That is something that can't be faked because at some point in time, you will just give yourself away unknowingly.
Because of her personality that she exhuberated in the show WGM, she is now very famous. People feel that she is giving off this warm and charming feeling that puts the rest at ease. It is definitely not an easy feat to be relatable. This is something that cannot be cultivated. It has to come from deep inside you.
Remember all, always stick to your true self. Dont be fake. People like and love you for who you are. Of course, there will be antis around but so long as you know that there are people who love you, that's more than enough.
Dont doubt yourself or try to be cool or mean just to gain attention. Be yourself.
The ultimate winner is the one with a good heart!

2 Choreographers behind SM Entertainment!
This is going to be epic
Super Junior just wrapped up their last week of promotions for No Other this past Sunday on Inkigayo. However, the original choreographers The Geminiz has uploaded a video of the official choreography on their Youtube channel.
The Geminiz consist of two Beat Freaks members: Rino Nakasone (in black) and Maryss from Paris (in army green). Not only did this duo choreograph Super Junior’s No Other, but they also choreographed f(x)’s NU ABO.
In addition to that, Rino Nakasone has been working with SM Entertainment artists since 2008. She has choreographed SHINee’s debut track Noona is so pretty (Replay), Love Like Oxygen, and Juliette, SNSD’s Tell Me Your Wish (Genie) and Oh!, and f(x)’s Chu. Her latest work has been in assisting SM choreographer Black Beat’s Jae Won with SHINee’s comeback track, Lucifer.
